Training & Manpower

Telenor services Ltd considers its people as its most valuable and important asset. The engineers and technicians are amongst the best in the industry by way of the extensive trainings, experience and cross-functional skills imparted by our system.

All our engineers are formally qualified in their relevant fields and provide a wide range of technical support for a variety of GSM/ISP products, services and applications to suit the needs of the client.

The team is backed by professionals with experience in service industries like Information Technology, Telecommunication, marketing etc. with a complete understanding of the business processes of these sectors. We place special emphasis on continuous training of our people to constantly upgrade their skills and offer them a growth within the organization and a firmer footing in the industry. Our engineers are trained in the installation of NOKIA(including the latest 3G flexi model), ERICSSON systems, CISCO, ALCATEL, SIEMENS,NEC, HARRIS, OSN, METRO 1000 and HUAWEI equipment. They are involved in rolling out these wireless infrastructure solutions for most of the vendors in Kenya and the East Africa region.
